Terry is the founder of Aviation Concepts and a highly experienced pilot with over 30 years experience managing business jets for a well-known Japanese auto manufacturer whose flight department he relocated to Guam from Long Beach, California in 1999. Terry was also responsible for Aviation Concepts’ certification of both an FAA Part 135 air carrier charter operation and an FAA Part 145 Maintenance Repair Station. Terry also is the holder of an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot license. In his spare time Terry enjoys spending time with his wife Lynn and two dogs, Bobby and Rusty.
Art is a highly experienced business jet pilot and flight department manager with over 12,000 hours flight time. He has spent many years working internationally and as a former owner of both an FAA Part 135 certified air carrier operation and a Part 145 Maintenance Repair Station brings industry experience to Aviation Concepts’ long term vision for expansion of its services. Art also is the holder of an FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot license and is an accredited Field Investigator for the Mutual UFO Network (MUFON), an organization composed of civilian volunteers who study reported UFO sightings. In his spare time Art enjoys chasing fish from his boat “Sweet T”.
Tez is an invaluable member of the Aviation Concepts team who, in addition to her duties as Facility Manager, serves in several capacities for the company. As a “jack of all trades” in the office Tez also oversees office finances, human resource issues, and communications with clients. On many days you can also find Tez assisting our ground support crew during aircraft handling operations. In her spare time Tez loves to run 5K and 10K races on the island when not spending time with her husband Steve.
Ed is a former U.S. Army aircraft mechanic with experience working on the AH-64 Apache attack helicopter among others. Ed also has many years experience servicing business aircraft during technical stops here in Guam as well as providing maintenance and operational support for Aviation Concepts’ clients. No matter the time of day Ed and his team are there to serve our clients aircraft and ensure the smoothest of handling during their stop in Guam. In his spare time Ed likes to ride his motorcycle when he’s not studying for his FAA A&P mechanics certificate.
Joey has recently joined Aviation Concepts ground support team and has quickly developed into a leader on the aircraft ramp. Joey’s tireless efforts, whether late in the evening or early in the morning, have garnered the respect of flight crews needing rapid “quick turn” service for their passengers. In addition he provides operational and basic maintenance support to company hangar clients when needed. Joey is the proud father of three kids and in his spare time enjoys cooking and eating Chamorro food.
Queensly oversees the activities for the UAS (Unmanned Aircraft Systems) services provided by the company’s wholly owned subsidiary, Tech Center Guam. Among her areas of expertise are aerial imaging and data processing used in the development of digital surface and terrain models, orthomosaic maps, accident reconstructions, and other 3D projects. As well, Queensly holds an FAA Remote Pilot license and serves as a company ground instructor for the Part 107 Remote Pilot Knowledge Exam. In her spare time she enjoys flying drones and playing golf.
