Exceptional Service Strategically
Located in the Pacific Rim

Aviation Concepts LLC was established in 2001 by Terry Habeck, a highly experienced pilot and industry veteran, as a full service business aviation support facility providing aircraft management, maintenance and FBO services on Guam International Airport (PGUM). This facility served as the home base for the Toyota flight department and the Japanese company’s fleet of business jets which had also been previously managed by Habeck in the Los Angeles area during the 1990’s. As a natural extension of the new services being offered Aviation Concepts Inc. (ACI) was formed and certification as a Part 135 air carrier to conduct worldwide jet operations was awarded by the FAA in 2003. An FAA Part 145 Maintenance Repair Station certificate was added shortly after to allow for light and heavy maintenance activity for ACI’s Boeing Business Jets, Gulfstream, Bombardier Challenger and Global Express jets. In the following years and up until its recent sale in 2018 to a Singapore-based company ACI quickly became one of the dominant jet charter operators across Asia and the Pacific Rim.

Serving Guam with Advanced
UAS Services

In 2018 Aviation Concepts focused new attention on the developing UAS marketplace in the region and formed Tech Center Guam to provide basic and advanced drone instruction to governmental organizations and public safety agencies. Given the company’s resources, expertise and excellent reputation, and with its experience as a service provider of commercial mapping and data gathering services, Tech Center Guam was able to secure a long term contract in 2021 with the Government of Guam to train the fire and police departments as well as several other government agencies. The company has also been involved in supporting the Guam Fire Department in multiple Search and Rescue missions utilizing its drones and other related equipment.
